Do I need to change my long-distance service at home?
NO. The AccuChat calling card is a stand-alone card. You don't need to change your home long-distance carrier to get this card.

Can I use the AccuChat Card at my Home or Office?
YES. Utilizing our QuickChat Service, we can program our network to recognize your phone number so you don't have to input your 11 digit PIN number when calling from one of two predesignated phone numbers you choose!

Are there any setup fees?
Yes. Each account has a one-time activation fee of $1 per calling card for the first 5 calling cards for a maximum setup fee of $5.

What about monthly minimums?
There are no monthly minimums. If you don't use your card(s), you don't get billed.

Are there any additional or hidden fees?
If you use your card during a billing cycle you are charged a $1 billing fee. State and federal taxes also apply.

When may I use the AccuChat Card to place a call?
The AccuChat Card will be active between 7 to 10 business days of receiving your application.

How long will it take to receive the AccuChat Card?
Accounts are provisioned within one business day. Cards are mailed the same day when accounts are provisioned. Cards should be delivered within 3 to 5 days.

Can I make international calls with the AccuChat card?
AccuChat does not allow international termination calls except to Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

How does it work?
You can make calls through our network by dialing special access number and sometimes a PIN number.
Why The AccuDial Alternative is better than other programs?
The AccuDial Alternative is a Dial-Around Long-Distance Plan that can be used as a Calling Card at the same low rate when on the road using your user defined PIN number. There are no surcharges, no commitments, and no minimums. AccuDial Long Distance products provide the lowest rate you will find without any hidden fees.

What type of Phone Lines are used?
We use all Digital Fiber Optics on all of our Phones Lines

How does the flat rate work?
When you make a call from anywhere in the 48 US States to the 48 US States, your rate will be 5.9¢ per minute anytime all-the-time.

What are my Payment Options?
The only payment option is Credit Card billing.

What is the Credit Limit for?
The Credit Limit is the amount of credit we extend to you for the billing cycle. You are able to choose your credit limit amount. This is the total amount that can be charged during your billing cycle.

How much to set up an account?
The Activation fee is $1.00 per Pin Number(Max $5.00).
What is QuickDial?
QuickDial allows you to bypass having to enter your pin number from a designated phone number. Here's how it works:

A) You give us a phone number from where you Place many of your long-distance calls from.
B) We program your phone number into our system.(Up to 3 Phone Numbers per Pin)
C) When you dial the toll-free access number to make a call, our system will automatically recognize your account and enter your 11-digit PIN for you.

*Do not use from a PBX phone system, dorm room, or shared phone lines.

Can I view Bills Online?
You can view your bill online quick and easy. Call records are updated daily so you can view your call records within 2-3 business days of making the call. This allows you to monitor your account and see what is being charged.

Are there any Surcharges, Connection Fees or Hidden charges?
No. We only charge $1 each month if you have usage for that current month. 60 Cent payphone fee may apply. There is a $2.00 Monthly Fee per 800 Number on the 800 Call Forwarding product.

What are the total taxes being charged?
Taxes are as follows:

A) Federal 3%
B) State 8.25%
C) State Universal 3.955%
D) Texas Interstate Fund 1.25%

AccuGlobe

How does it work?
AccuGlobe card works like basic calling card: dial the access number, then your PIN number, then the number you need to call.

How will I receive my bills?
You can view your bills online. Call records are updated daily so you can see your call within 2-3 business days of making it.

Are there any other fees or surcharges?
We charge a $ 1 monthly billing fee charged only when you have usage. Also, there is a 65 cent per call fee when you make a call from a pay phone.

What are the total taxes being charged?
